Hyper-Preterists claim that the New Testament phrase “this generation” always means Christ’s first-century audience. But does the Bible really support their view? In this 10-minute Bible study podcast, we give a brief overview of the Scriptural usage of the phrase, and conclude that it is always used in an exclusively Jewish context. Far from meaning “My first century audience,” the term “this generation” signifies the nation of Israel.
